What are the payment options?
We accept all major cards such as Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. All our payments are secure, so you don't have to worry about anything when placing an order. You'll also receive a confirmation email to let you know everything has worked for added peace of mind.
What do I need to do if I want to make a return?
If you want to make a return, all you need to do is get in touch with us within seven days of your purchase. Simply let us know the order confirmation number, the name of the item you're returning, and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you with the appropriate postage instructions and refund confirmation.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If your order hasn't come within the two days of the expected postage time, please contact us. We will then track the package and give you an updated arrival time.
